  4.     Scott Atwell, the "principal," of Thomasville, Georgia, herewith
  5. appoints Allan Cranston of Cairo, Georgia, as their attorney in
  6. fact, to act in the place and stead and with the same authority as
  7. Principal would have to do the following acts:

  10.     To conduct any and all business regarding my deposit  accounts,
  11. loans, safe deposit box, or other banking business in regard to
  12. the First Confederated Bank, of Thomasville, Georgia. This power
  13. shall specifically include, but is not limited to the right to
  14. deposit, withdraw, sign checks or drafts, make stop payment
  15. orders, and to conduct any banking transactions necessary or
  16. possible in regard to my banking relationship with the First
  17. Confederated Bank.

  20.     To execute a deed or other instrument of conveyance conveying my
  21. interest in the following real property:
